Ceremony Fees

  • Booking Administration Fee (non-refundable): A non-refundable booking administration fee must be paid to secure a booking (please note this booking fee cannot be paid by cheque). 

    Payment of balance of fees: The balance must be paid 2 months before the date of your ceremony. In the case of bookings made within 2 months of the proposed date full payment will be required at the time of booking.

    Amendment fee: Please note that a non-refundable amendment fee will be charged for any changes to the date, time or venue of your ceremony.  We are unable to postpone a ceremony and you will either need to cancel or make an amendment to the booking.   

    Cancellation: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Please read our terms and conditions.

    Risk Assessment: Required to be carried out when a non-licenced venue has been chosen as a venue for a renewal of vows or naming ceremony. 

     

    Renewal of Vows and Naming Ceremonies between 1st April 2024 - 31st March 2025

    Risk Assessment 70.00 Required to be carried out when a non-licenced venue has been chosen.
    Booking Administration Fee (non-refundable) £60.00 Payable on all ceremonies and is in addition to the ceremony fees as listed below
    Amendment Fee (non-refundable) £55.00 Change to date/time or venue of ceremony.  Not applicable to amendments to Civil Partnership Conversion where no ceremony is involved
    Amendment Fee (non-refundable) £75.00 Change to date/time or venue made within 2 weeks or less of the ceremony date.  Not applicable to amendments to Civil Partnership Conversion where no ceremony is involved.
    Certificate £10.00 Additional Commemorative Renewal of Vows Ceremony certificate

     

    The charges below are for the registration officer to attend your ceremony.
