Customer Account

What can you do on your customer account?

Once you have booked your registrars for your ceremony within Gloucestershire, you will be provided with a link to create your customer account.

Through your account you will be able to:

  • View your ceremony booking details 
  • Change your password
  • Book your notices if you currently live within Gloucestershire.
  • Make your choices for your ceremony script.
  • Notify us of any detail that will help your ceremony run smoothly.
  • Let us know who your witnesses will be.
  • Pay your ceremony fees.

Please remember to create a memorable password for logging into your customer account.

 How to change your password on your customer account:

  • Sign in to your customer account using the details provided to you.
  • Click on 'Amend My Details'.
  • Click on 'Reset Password'.
  • Enter your existing password.
  • Enter your new password.
  • Confirm your new password.
  • Click on 'Submit'.
