New Online Booking System Launching Thursday 12th March.
We’re launching a new online booking system for the Registration Service, making it easier to book appointments, ceremonies and order a certificate online.
This means notices appointments and new ceremonies bookings will be temporarily suspended as we move to the new system.
Customer Account
What can you do on your customer account?
Once you have booked your registrars for your ceremony within Gloucestershire, you will be provided with a link to create your customer account.
Through your account you will be able to:
- View your ceremony booking details
- Change your password
- Book your notices if you currently live within Gloucestershire.
- Make your choices for your ceremony script.
- Notify us of any detail that will help your ceremony run smoothly.
- Let us know who your witnesses will be.
- Pay your ceremony fees.
Please remember to create a memorable password for logging into your customer account.
How to change your password on your customer account:
- Sign in to your customer account using the details provided to you.
- Click on 'Amend My Details'.
- Click on 'Reset Password'.
- Enter your existing password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Click on 'Submit'.
