Our new Ceremony Portal has now launched
You can now view and manage your existing ceremony booking online, all in one place. You will receive a welcome email from Gloucestershire Registration Service providing account information and login instructions for your new Ceremony Portal.
Please note, your old account is no longer in use and existing bookings are not affected.
If you would like to make a new booking, our team is happy to help you via phone by calling 01452 425060.

What can you do on your Ceremony Portal?
Once you have booked your registrars for your ceremony within Gloucestershire, you will receive a welcome email from Gloucestershire Registration Service providing account information and login instructions for your new Ceremony Portal.
Through your Ceremony Portal, you will be able to:
• View your ceremony booking details
• Change your password
• Book your notices if you currently live within Gloucestershire
• Make your choices for your ceremony script
• Notify us of any detail that will help your ceremony run smoothly
• Pay your ceremony fees
Please note: Ceremony self booking is currently unavailable.
We are reviewing the process to ensure it works effectively for all customers. Existing ceremony bookings are not affected.
Ceremony Choices
This is where you submit your promises, vows, readings and other key information for your ceremony.
• If you already submitted your ceremony choices previously, do not worry — your information has been added to your ceremony script.
• If you have not yet submitted your choices, you can now complete these through the improved Ceremony Choices feature in your Ceremony Portal.
Notice Appointment Bookings
Gloucestershire Customers Only
• If you already have notice appointments booked, these remain unchanged.
• If you still need to book your notices, you can now do this directly through your Ceremony Portal or by visiting gloucestershireregistrationservice.co.uk/planning-your-ceremony/notice-of-marriage-or-civil-partnership/
Ceremony Fees
Payments can now be made through your Ceremony Portal.
Please ensure your ceremony fees are paid 3 months before your ceremony date.
