We are currently unable to undertake any ceremonies in line with the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 23rd March 2020.
We will contact you as soon as possible as we are dealing with ceremonies booked in priority order. If you are trying to contact us about a ceremony, please email ceremonies@gloucestershire.gov.uk.
We will not be able to amend ceremonies to a new date or take new bookings until we have been informed that the restriction on Civil Marriage and Partnership Ceremonies has been lifted. 
Please continue to review this page for further updates and confirmation for when we can resume new ceremony bookings and amendments.

How to book

Whether you choose a simple registration or a more traditional ceremony you will need to contact the ceremonies team at Gloucestershire Registration Service.

During the booking process we will discuss your choice of ceremony and the availability of our registration offices or your choice of a Gloucestershire Registration Service approved venue. We will also discuss the format of the ceremony. Please note that booking with us can take 10-15 minutes over the phone.

A non-refundable booking fee is payable at the time of booking to secure your ceremony booking.  Details will be provided during the booking process.

Once you have made your booking, the ceremonies team will confirm the details in an email that will include an unique reference number which relates to your booking.
